The Brief

Soaring 36 storeys into the sky and now the tallest building in Victoria outside the CBD, Whitehorse Towers is Box Hill's most prestigious address boasting over 500 apartments, retail and commercial space, and a luxury 100-room hotel.

Deague Group, the property development company behind Whitehorse Towers, came to JONSA to provide an integrated system covering every aspect of the twin towers SMATV and MATV requirements.

The Challenge

The project is one of the first true fibre optics deliveries throughout a tower complex combining residential and commercial space. Setting standards, including predicting future requirements, was a challenge.

The Outcome

The Deague Group was extremely impressed with the end result. Having the installation commissioned, tested and approved by Foxtel and the NBN ahead of time was a great bonus, given the often stressful task of meeting development deadlines. JONSA One Solution's 24/7 remote monitoring of the site was a welcomed add-on service giving the body corporate peace of mind.
